W-Interact is located on the coast of Kadıköy. In the first analyzes regarding the area, the crowded and cheerful spirit of Kadıköy, the coming together of different ecosystems, being intertwined with the sea and people, and being in constant transportation and interaction were examined. Kadıköy can be said to be one of the most important central points of the city, with its history and architecture from the past to the present, as well as hosting the most preferred meeting and gathering areas and squares today. The chosen area is the parking lot located close to Kadıköy Square, one of these important centers, and is on the coastal road. The area is at the intersection of the roads coming from the coast (breakwater and Moda), the road coming from the square and the roads leading to the piers of various ferry lines. These factors were also very effective in the settlement. They were taken into consideration while settling in the area, and a line that could be used by people included in the public space and stretched up to the sea was determined. While determining this line, the square line was considered as the main line and passage was given from other places for people who would be included in this line from different routes. People are often part of a community and there is a relationship between human society. Although every person is different, these differences form a whole. All of them can survive thanks to these different functions. Camp is actually a community. Although the people who come to this camp are chosen because of certain common characteristics, everyone is different and can protect the whole in this way. In order for the camp to be sustainable and for everyone to be productive, each subject must fulfill his or her own duty. This project could have had a different meaning in a different place. But nowhere would it have the same meaning. The building's relationship with water, its relationship with Istanbul and Kadıköy, the views and encounters it offers us from different points, the pieces that make the place unique and these pieces make up this place.
